| Lot sizes vary by neighborhood, with many yards ranging from
approximately 3,000 to 10,000 square feet. Consult your neighborhood’s
sales staff for details and specifics. |

| WHAT KIND OF HOMES WILL BE BUILT AT WOLF CREEK? |

| All of our neighborhoods are currently planned as
single-family detached residences, varying in size and design, including one-
and two-story traditional homes as well as detached courtyard homes. |

| IS THERE A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT WOLF CREEK? WHAT ARE THE
RELATED DUES? |

| Wolf Creek does maintain an HOA with extremely reasonable dues
of approximately $40 per month for common area maintenance. |
